South Dakota: 12 hours of Teaching Continuing Educator for licensed instructors and to become an instructor.

Objective: By the end of this course, participants will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of South Dakota Laws and Rules for cosmetology education and acquire effective teaching strategies through the exploration of learner characteristics, teaching methods, program development, lesson planning, educational aids, and technology. Participants will develop skills in delivering effective presentations, managing classrooms, addressing learning challenges, and assessing student progress while providing constructive advising.
